With ArrivalAid, we accompany refugees throughout their asylum procedure. Our trained volunteers provide assistance to refugees all through their official hearing at the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge). If necessary, a translator will be called in. All services of ArrivalAid are free of charge.
Please note, that we cannot provide legal advice, as our focus lies on hearing assistance during the asylum procedure. When required, we can arrange legal counselling with experienced lawyers.
